Build and operate reliable, scalable infrastructure for an AI data platform. Responsibilities include owning CI/CD pipelines, managing GCP and AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, infrastructure-as-code, automation, performance and capacity planning, reliability practices, incident response, and observability using metrics, logs, and distributed tracing. Own Encord's Customer Support function: triage and resolve technical customer queries, prototype solutions using SDKs, interact with backend systems, collaborate with Engineering/Product, and build customer relationships across high-touch and low-touch accounts.
