Build co-selling strategies, joint business plans, partner programs, marketplace mechanics, incentives, pipeline forecasting, and revenue operations. Develop executive relationships across AWS and integrators, create industry-specific Claude solutions, enable partner delivery capabilities, and coordinate alliances, sales, marketing, and regional cloud teams. Provide ecosystem intelligence, manage partner investments, and establish scalable partnership processes.

Own day-to-day tax execution for Anthropic’s infrastructure transactions. Responsibilities include deal intake, service-versus-lease and entity-structure analysis, after-tax economics modeling, depreciation and NOL scenarios, technical accounting inputs, cross-border withholding and permanent-establishment analysis, transfer-pricing documentation, tax provision inputs, and maintaining infrastructure tax playbooks. The role coordinates with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and infrastructure teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Build and operate autonomous AI agents for go-to-market workflows including inbound, outbound, pipeline management, and customer engagement. Develop evaluation frameworks, observability, human oversight, and ROI measurement for production agents. Ship MCP servers, agent skills, and web applications integrating CRM and revenue systems. Set technical direction, architect shared codebases, collaborate with sellers and RevOps, and advance best practices for LLM agents and evaluations.

Develop and execute partner marketing programs with major cloud partners to drive enterprise adoption of Claude. Responsibilities include joint go-to-market planning, executive-focused campaigns, messaging and enablement materials, account-based marketing, cross-functional campaign execution, performance measurement, partner events, and scalable program development. The role requires strong partner relationship management, enterprise marketing expertise, data-driven decision-making, and comfort operating in a fast-paced AI company.

Lead Anthropic’s discovery operations across the full EDRM lifecycle, including legal holds, preservation, collection, review, and production. Administer RelativityOne and related tools, manage discovery vendors, support litigation and regulatory matters, and build defensible workflows, playbooks, dashboards, and information governance processes. Partner with legal, Security, IT, and engineering teams to govern enterprise data sources and integrate AI and automation into discovery operations.

Lead and grow the Americas IT support team across NYC, SF, and Seattle. Own queue health, SLAs, on-call staffing, escalations, and partnerships with Engineering, Security, Workplace, and People Ops. Hire, coach, and develop engineers, drive support metrics, protect engineering time for automation, and support office operations and events. Regular travel to San Francisco and occasional travel to Seattle.
