Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major area of Claude Science. Partner with scientists, research, engineering, design, policy, security, and go-to-market teams to improve AI capabilities, define scientific evaluations, launch products, support enterprise readiness, and prioritize workflows across biology, chemistry, physics, and other scientific fields.

Leads architecture, development, and optimization of global Order-to-Cash revenue systems. Builds DBT/SQL pipelines, automated revenue recognition and reconciliation workflows, ERP and billing integrations, and testing and deployment frameworks supporting ASC 606 compliance. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Data Infrastructure, and Engineering teams during high-volume operations and month-end close. Drives AI-enabled revenue automation, integration modernization, technical standards, and team mentorship.

Drive adoption of Anthropic’s AI through strategic enterprise sales. Own the full sales cycle, develop new opportunities, navigate complex stakeholder and procurement processes, expand accounts, forecast pipeline, and exceed revenue quotas. Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and other GTM teams to communicate customer needs, refine sales methodology, improve playbooks, and strengthen market positioning. Build executive-level relationships and help customers deploy responsible AI solutions.

Lead Anthropic’s US AI regulatory legal work, including applicability analysis, compliance readiness, regulatory deliverables, agency engagement, rulemaking submissions, and enforcement support. Counsel cross-functional legal, policy, safety, security, research, product, and business teams on emerging AI requirements. Track US and international regulatory developments, design scalable compliance programs, and contribute to global frontier AI compliance strategy, including relevant EU AI Act work.

Leads Anthropic’s societal harms policy design organization, managing teams focused on child safety, well-being, manipulation, election integrity, and related risks. Sets mitigation strategy across model policies, detection and enforcement systems, and product interventions; coordinates decisions across harm areas; prioritizes resources; handles high-severity escalations; and partners with research, engineering, product, legal, data science, external experts, civil society, and regulators.

Own end-to-end accounting for compute and cloud infrastructure expenses, including close, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, contract reviews, ASC 842 assessments, commitment tracking, and vendor accounts payable reconciliation. Develop accounting policies, scalable controls, reporting, and automated workflows. Partner with Engineering, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and auditors while mentoring accounting staff and leading process transformation initiatives.

Partner with startup founders and engineering teams to architect, evaluate, deploy, and scale LLM-powered applications on the Claude Developer Platform. Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout customer adoption, lead technical evaluations, demonstrate AI product capabilities, and guide architecture decisions. Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams, share startup use-case insights, and travel to customer sites and industry events.

Serve as a pre-sales technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts adopting Claude. Partner with account executives to understand requirements, architect scalable LLM solutions, conduct evaluations, build prototypes, lead technical workshops, and guide customers from discovery through deployment. Develop executive champions and adoption roadmaps, communicate with technical and business stakeholders, influence product roadmaps, and help customers integrate Claude into existing technology stacks while maintaining safety and reliability.

Lead Anthropic’s cloud compute and infrastructure deals, including sourcing opportunities, managing provider relationships, structuring and negotiating capacity agreements, evaluating deal economics and counterparty risk, and closing transactions. Partner with technical infrastructure, finance, and legal teams to develop long-term compute supply strategies, financing frameworks, and transaction terms. Maintain market intelligence and represent Anthropic with providers, corporate executives, investment banks, and infrastructure investors.

Owns Anthropic Labs’ beneficial-deployment initiatives, including 0-to-1 AI product development and programs helping nonprofits, public agencies, and mission-driven organizations access and successfully deploy Claude. Responsibilities include identifying high-impact opportunities, collaborating with researchers, building prototypes, defining strategy and roadmaps, shipping frontier-AI products, and removing barriers to adoption. The role requires technical product leadership, cross-functional execution, and experience working across civic or beneficial organizations and large technology companies.
