Partner with startup founders and engineering teams to architect, evaluate, deploy, and scale LLM-powered applications on the Claude Developer Platform. Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout customer adoption, lead technical evaluations, demonstrate AI product capabilities, and guide architecture decisions. Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams, share startup use-case insights, and travel to customer sites and industry events.

Serve as a pre-sales technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts adopting Claude. Partner with account executives to understand requirements, architect scalable LLM solutions, conduct evaluations, build prototypes, lead technical workshops, and guide customers from discovery through deployment. Develop executive champions and adoption roadmaps, communicate with technical and business stakeholders, influence product roadmaps, and help customers integrate Claude into existing technology stacks while maintaining safety and reliability.

Lead Anthropic’s cloud compute and infrastructure deals, including sourcing opportunities, managing provider relationships, structuring and negotiating capacity agreements, evaluating deal economics and counterparty risk, and closing transactions. Partner with technical infrastructure, finance, and legal teams to develop long-term compute supply strategies, financing frameworks, and transaction terms. Maintain market intelligence and represent Anthropic with providers, corporate executives, investment banks, and infrastructure investors.

Owns Anthropic Labs’ beneficial-deployment initiatives, including 0-to-1 AI product development and programs helping nonprofits, public agencies, and mission-driven organizations access and successfully deploy Claude. Responsibilities include identifying high-impact opportunities, collaborating with researchers, building prototypes, defining strategy and roadmaps, shipping frontier-AI products, and removing barriers to adoption. The role requires technical product leadership, cross-functional execution, and experience working across civic or beneficial organizations and large technology companies.

Build and operate full-stack interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that collect human feedback for reinforcement learning. Partner with researchers to launch data collection campaigns, improve reliability and latency, create monitoring and inspection tools, and move high-quality feedback into training systems. Own projects end to end, make architectural decisions, and improve the usability and throughput of researcher- and annotator-facing tooling.

Build and operate full-stack interfaces, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, dashboards, and monitoring for human feedback and RL data collection. Partner with RL researchers to translate data needs into reliable collection campaigns and training-ready datasets. Own projects end to end, improve system latency and usability, and identify bottlenecks between data collection and model training.

Drive Claude’s growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Develop product strategy, lead growth feature launches, analyze metrics and user feedback, conduct user research, define KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data science teams. The role requires balancing rapid product iteration with AI safety and ethics, with emphasis on large-scale B2C and subscription products.

Lead legal workstreams for acquisitions, acquihires, investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions from diligence through closing and integration. Draft and negotiate transaction documents, advise on deal structures and risk, coordinate internal teams and outside counsel, prepare executive and Board materials, and develop repeatable M&A playbooks, templates, and processes.

Build Anthropic’s global go-to-market programs function from the ground up. Develop scalable content, playbooks, governance, and a centralized source of truth while coordinating sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, revenue operations, and regional teams. Establish program success metrics, monitor adoption and productivity impact, use performance data to refine initiatives, and create consistent execution across markets and segments.

Own cross-functional technical programs for billing platform foundations, commercial intake, promotions, product launch readiness, charge-pipeline changes, and payment operations. Partner with engineering, finance, treasury, product, GTM systems, and support to manage priorities, dependencies, metering, pricing, invoicing, reconciliation, currency, and FX processes.
