The IT Operations Engineer will manage SaaS applications, provide IT support, improve processes, support hardware/software lifecycle, and maintain security for network and infrastructure.

Bring up, integrate, and debug electrical and firmware-controlled subsystems for custom manufacturing equipment. Develop Python device interfaces, diagnostic software, and test scripts; validate sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces; define bring-up procedures and acceptance tests; and resolve cross-domain failures spanning electronics, firmware, wiring, and mechanics.

Design, build, document, and troubleshoot electrical systems for custom manufacturing equipment. Own integration of sensors, actuators, power, connectors, and interconnects through prototype build, bring-up, validation, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on packaging, assembly, test fixtures, and serviceability.

Provide hands-on end-user and lab IT support, manage SaaS provisioning and access, administer Google Workspace and Okta, handle device lifecycle and MDM for macOS/Windows/Linux, support conference AV and on-prem infrastructure, document processes, and collaborate with senior IT for advanced troubleshooting. On-site in Santa Clara.

Design, build, and integrate custom electronics and control systems for automated micromanufacturing nodes. Perform schematic/layout, prototype cabling, bring-up firmware, debugging, vendor interactions, and create reusable component/module libraries while working closely with embedded, software, and mechanical teams.

Provide hands-on end-user and lab IT support for engineers and staff: manage SaaS provisioning, device and software lifecycle, MDM and patching, network and on-prem infrastructure, conference AV, documentation, and collaborate with senior IT on diagnostics and automation. On-site in Emeryville five days weekly.

Develop CAD automation pipelines and collaborate with teams to optimize designs for micromachines, ensuring manufacturability and functionality.
