Serve as AI product SME providing strategic and SETA advisory support to government leadership: define use cases, roadmaps, success criteria; align teams to mission outcomes; monitor execution, risks, and priorities; translate between technical teams and non-technical leadership; advise on AI adoption, feasibility, and course corrections; produce briefings and product documentation.

Install, configure, develop, and integrate prototype applications for technical evaluation in a lab environment. Provide systems/network administration, hardware and storage setup, application support, PKI certificate management, and Linux/shell scripting support for customers testing experiments. Support on-site at Fort Meade under an active TS/SCI with polygraph requirement.

Lead backlog refinement, coordinate PI execution with Agile teams, engage stakeholders (USCYBERCOM, NSA), participate in TEMs and working groups, collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver secure, redundant network solutions, and mentor junior product managers.

Lead design, development, construction, and testing of FPGA-based hardware and software processing components for RF communication/collection systems. Implement DSP algorithms in FPGA, integrate FPGA with Linux-based codebases, optimize RTL/timing/resources, and document subsystem solutions. Support mission-critical government client onsite.

Lead design, prototyping, and operationalization of AI/ML solutions for intelligence mission workflows. Develop LLM integrations, scalable architectures, and analytics to automate discovery, accelerate insights, and transition capabilities to production while shaping technical strategy and best practices.

Produce and maintain technical documentation (installation, configuration, user guides, code docs, data flows) and executive briefs/infographics. Work with engineers and leadership to research complex technical subject matter, apply NSA DS-89 standards, and produce DoD/cryptologic documentation for deployed systems.

Develop analytics and integrations for geolocation and SIGINT-derived data. Use Java/Python and Hadoop ecosystem tools to automate data and metadata analysis, collaborate with mission stakeholders, and deploy analytic solutions for government customers.

Manage and support a Technical Engagement Network lab for a government customer. Responsibilities include Linux systems administration, cross-platform configuration management, infrastructure deployment, patching, troubleshooting, security monitoring, containerized application management, automation using OpenShift and Ansible, storage and replication support, access control, backups, and development of technical procedures and policies.
