The role also helps document procedures, improve workflows, and support finance systems projects in NetSuite and Ramp.

Own Catbird's ecommerce strategy and day-to-day site operations, lead the Magento-to-Shopify migration, set the digital roadmap, manage agency and technical partners, define measurement and KPIs, analyze funnels to improve conversion and AOV, and mentor junior ecommerce staff while partnering cross-functionally to elevate the digital customer experience.
