Provide technical leadership for Snowflake data platform architecture in enterprise sales cycles. Partner with sales teams, executives, customers, and technical stakeholders to conduct discovery, deliver demonstrations, support proofs of concept, and guide design and implementation. Apply expertise in cloud data platforms, data engineering, streaming, ETL/ELT, lakehouse architectures, and competing technologies while collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.

Own enterprise sales for Snowflake’s Majors Financial Services accounts. Build executive and technical customer relationships, qualify opportunities, uncover business requirements, present solutions, conduct demonstrations and proofs of concept, and guide customers through cloud adoption and digital transformation. Collaborate with partners and internal Product, Engineering, Marketing, and implementation teams to position Snowflake, close strategic deals, and drive post-sale customer utilization and success.

Build and own end-to-end marketplace monetization features: React checkout and billing UIs, backend services in Java/Python/Go for entitlements, metering, invoicing, and payment orchestration. Ensure reliability, observability, fraud prevention, and idempotency in transactional pipelines. Collaborate with product, billing, and operations; participate in design, code reviews, and testing; and drive improvements in monitoring and operational tooling.

Own product strategy and roadmap for enterprise AI features used by Snowflake sales teams. Define requirements, prioritize via data, conduct user and market research, collaborate with engineering, data, and sales in agile sprints, influence platform dependencies, drive sales enablement, and engage customers on AI-driven workflow automation.

Lead technical pre-sales for enterprise deals: present Snowflake to executives and engineers, run demos and POCs, perform deep architectural discovery, map customer needs to Snowflake Data Architecture, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and support deal closure. Expect ~30% travel and close collaboration with partners and GSIs.

As a Principal Engineer at Snowflake, you will design and support scalable distributed systems for metadata, mentor junior engineers, and solve performance challenges.

Lead global GTM systems, data architecture, and revenue intelligence to optimize Quote-to-Cash, Core Sales Technology, and GTM Shared Services. Drive AI-native operations, standardize sales workflows, improve revenue velocity, and partner cross-functionally to embed Snowflake capabilities. Manage and grow a global team, govern buy vs. build decisions, and ensure trusted GTM data for executive decision-making.

Lead and grow Snowflakes global partnership with Accenture by building joint GTM plans, driving revenue, enabling partner practice growth, coordinating co-marketing and deal support, and delivering partner performance and customer success.

The Business Development Lead will drive engagement with AI-native startups, prioritize outreach efforts, foster partnerships, and leverage metrics to measure growth and effectiveness in collaboration with various teams at Snowflake.

Design, implement, and operate petabyte-scale, fault-tolerant distributed database systems. Build query optimization and distributed data-processing algorithms, diagnose performance/scalability bottlenecks, deliver end-to-end projects, ensure operational readiness, mentor junior engineers, and develop tools to surface workload insights.
