Develops and maintains integrated master schedules for an Army utility helicopter program. The role tracks milestones, contract schedules, interdependencies, critical paths, risks, fielding schedules, and schedule conflicts. It supports integrated baseline reviews and prepares presentation, training, and white-paper materials while collaborating with multidisciplinary Integrated Product Teams and Product Office leadership.

Coordinate with AI2C platform teams and ISSM personnel while maintaining system availability, audit readiness, and compliance with Army and DoD security requirements.

Supports Army project-office contracting activities, including acquisition strategies, plans, justifications, statements of work, security classifications, contract structures, source selection materials, funding reconciliation, and regulatory documentation under DoD, FAR, DFARS, and AFARS requirements. Coordinates with government stakeholders and functional organizations while managing multiple parallel contracting efforts. Requires strong communication, organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, and an active Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

Leads communications engineering activities for the Apache PMO, including software-defined radio roadmaps, technical requirements, airworthiness qualification, RF vulnerability analysis, digital signal processing, frequency coordination, and radio authorization tracking. The role coordinates with military users, project offices, contractors, and government stakeholders while supporting SOSA standardization and maintaining SIPR access. Approximately 10% travel is required.

Leads multidisciplinary engineering teams developing, integrating, qualifying, producing, fielding, and sustaining MEL and LEDGR launcher systems for Army rotorcraft and ground platforms. Responsibilities include requirements development, interface control documents, CDRLs, technical reviews, airworthiness and ground qualification, supplier coordination, risk management, stakeholder briefings, and program execution. The role requires expertise in weapons integration, launcher systems, avionics, flight testing, airworthiness processes, and military interface standards.

Analyzes and assesses operational technology and industrial control systems supporting critical infrastructure and mission-essential assets. Conducts site inventories, audits, system research, dependency analysis, and technical evaluations; documents architectures, workflows, risks, and operational impacts. Develops reports, technical views, and baseline data for leadership while coordinating with government, engineering, cybersecurity, and facilities stakeholders. Requires on-site work, Secret clearance eligibility, and 15% travel.

Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for Army long-range fires and weapon systems. Lead MBSE and Agile systems engineering adoption, drive systems integration (HWIL/SIL), modeling & simulation, requirements traceability with DOORS/Cameo, data-driven analysis using Python/C++/MATLAB, IPT/CAM leadership, stakeholder coordination, and proposal/capture support. Mentor teams on V&V and Agile workflows while integrating human-AI collaborative engineering capabilities.
