Manage end-to-end customer implementations for transportation logistics accounts, from discovery and requirements gathering through system setup, integration, training, and steady-state handoff. Develop project plans, coordinate internal and client stakeholders, monitor timelines, manage scope changes, define KPIs, document processes, and ensure sign-off. The role requires transportation and logistics expertise, including LTL/FTL operations, pricing, invoicing, freight audit, ERP/WMS integrations, and transportation management systems. This is an on-site role requiring travel more than 50%.

Responsible for coaching and developing a team of sales representatives focused on freight business, ensuring performance and skill growth, while managing pipeline activities and pricing decisions.

Lead client onboarding for North American transportation accounts: scoping, discovery, project planning, systems integration (TMS, ERP/WMS, APIs/EDI), stakeholder management, KPI definition, training, and drive projects to steady state.

Manage day-to-day managed logistics operations: booking, tracking, documentation, issue resolution, carrier/customer liaison, mode optimization, process improvement, reporting, and cost-savings identification to meet service-level commitments.

Lead onboarding for North American transportation clients: discover requirements, develop and execute project plans, coordinate stakeholders, validate systems (TMS, ERP/WMS, integrations), define KPIs, provide training, drive to steady state and recommend process improvements.
