Identifies target customers, consultatively sells conceptual mechanical solutions, estimates projects, presents ROI-based proposals, negotiates contracts, and manages customer relationships. Responsibilities also include preparing proposals and purchase orders, reviewing contracts, coordinating vendor and subcontractor buyouts, and leveraging Microsoft Project and Salesforce. The role requires strong HVAC technical knowledge, financial selling skills, organization, and teamwork.
