Provide clerical and administrative support for collections operations: troubleshoot safety/service issues, maintain daily department information, manage scheduling and timekeeping via Kronos, use Microsoft Office for procurement and basic financial tasks, communicate with customers and staff, and assist with operational projects.

Participate in an up-to-18-month landfill operations management training program. Learn all aspects of disposal operations including safety, environmental compliance, heavy equipment, personnel management, finance, construction, gas and leachate systems, community relations, and sales interactions to develop into Operations or District Manager roles.

Remote inside sales role focused on closing new customers via inbound and outbound phone sales, meeting weekly/monthly activity and revenue goals, managing leads, using WM sales tools, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing local market feedback.
