Provide first-point HR support handling transactional HR tasks, MyHR system processes, onboarding/offboarding, documentation, basic employee relations coaching, performance management support, training, and escalation of complex HR issues to managers.

Provide advanced Tier 3 desktop and application support for end users, troubleshoot complex hardware/software/network issues, manage escalations, produce technical specifications and reports, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, perform on-site field support and equipment setup, and drive technical support initiatives aligned with leadership priorities.

Sell Shred-it document destruction services within an assigned territory. Build and manage pipeline, cold-call and door-to-door prospect, set appointments, close sales, report activity, follow through to revenue, and collaborate with the District Sales Manager on targets and campaigns.

Lead and manage an outside sales and retention team to drive B2B revenue, improve pricing and service quality, coach and train staff, manage client relationships, analyze lost-business trends, and implement retention strategies. Recruit and develop team members and ensure use of sales tools and achievement of sales and retention goals.
