I. Job Summary
Supervises the day-to-day activities of office employees and functions. Office Manager with strong reporting and financial skills who can work independently, support the team, and handle month-end responsibilities with minimal supervision
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides day-to-day supervision and support to clerical staff. Delegates tasks and monitors workflow.
- Develops, documents and implements work methods and procedures as approved by appropriate manager.
- Experience supporting month-end accounting close; must be onsite during month-end.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and other departments to manage pricing structures, reporting, and related administrative processes.
- Proven experience with cash handling, reconciliation, and coordinating secure bank deposits through armored transport services such as Brinks.
- Oversees one or more clerical processes including: billing processes, purchase orders, Visa orders, P-Card reconciliation, data entry, software updates, and office machine maintenance.
- Communicates and enforces company policies and procedures.
- Compiles reporting requirements. Develops, analyzes, and submits reports and data.
- Supervises team work processes and procedures and expenses, and supports programs which drive team performance toward departmental and organizational goals.
- Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures.
- Organizes and schedules all necessary resources required to accomplish activities.
III. Qualifications
A. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 4 years previous experience
B. Preferred Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills and reporting experience
- Experience with payment systems (Coupa preferred)
- Accounting or finance background preferred
- Experience supporting month-end accounting close; must be onsite during month-end
- Experience with cash handling, reconciliations, and bank deposit preparation.

PAY: The expected base pay range for this office/on-site position is $78,000 - $88,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
