Manage and maintain IBM Power I (AS/400/iSeries) systems for internal operations and clients, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, backups, replication, firmware/software maintenance, network/security administration, incident response, documentation, CL programming, query/reporting, and client communication. Perform new installs, HA rollover exercises, and collaborate with teams and vendors.

Leads and develops an accounting services team while overseeing daily operations and client support. Manages credit union conversions, mergers, budgeting, NCUA 5300 Call Reports, financial reporting, investments, reconciliations, and back-office accounting. The role also improves processes and training, supports client presentations and business development, partners on software and service enhancements, and ensures accurate, timely project completion.

Develop, maintain, and enhance secure native iOS applications for credit unions and their members. Responsibilities include translating specifications and mockups into polished interfaces, troubleshooting bugs, improving performance, integrating third-party libraries and APIs, supporting deployments, and collaborating with developers, designers, and product teams. The role also requires following development best practices, meeting project deadlines, and staying current with Swift, iOS, and mobile development tools.

Monitor transaction and employee account activity for multiple credit unions, complete scheduled reviews, investigate unusual activity (including wires, dormant accounts, reversals), document findings, and escalate concerns to credit union leadership.
