Leads corporate finance, accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, audits, tax, grants compliance, internal controls, and enterprise risk management. The Corporate Controller manages a four-person team, oversees a $30 million operating budget across multiple entities, prepares management and board reporting, ensures U.S. GAAP compliance, and drives finance process improvements and automation.

Provides direct administrative and operational support to the President and COO, including complex calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, expense reporting, CRM support, confidential communications, event planning, and technology troubleshooting. The role also provides backup administrative support, assists with office management and team events, and requires a consistent hybrid presence in Boston.

Lead and execute Social Finance's communications strategy, manage a four-person team, drive media relations and content development, oversee digital marketing and measurement, and amplify the organization's visibility and thought leadership across audiences.
