Supports the MAX Flight Software team in designing and testing flight software, including testing against emulated hardware. Leads the full lifecycle of complex aerospace and energy-related programs, managing scope, schedules, budgets, revenue forecasts, profit and loss, contracts, risks, resources, and customer relationships. Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, testing, quality, finance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time, within budget, and to specification. Provides executive communication, resolves conflicts, ensures compliance, and manages multiple concurrent efforts.

Operate and maintain spacecraft across commissioning, orbit raising, routine operations, and re-entry. Develop and test automated ground software, flight sequences, FDIR and telemetry configurations. Maintain operational code CI and testing, validate spacecraft using simulation and hardware-in-the-loop tools, support integrated spacecraft testing, verify mission requirements, and coordinate technical work across engineering teams.

Leads aerospace quality engineering activities across the product lifecycle, including QMS management, AS9100 compliance, audits, supplier quality, nonconformance resolution, corrective actions, inspection planning, metrics, and continuous improvement. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, customers, and suppliers to ensure product and process quality, supports engineering changes, facilitates review boards, trains inspectors, and can stop processes when quality or safety risks arise.
