The role requires expertise in RF communications, satellite operations, licensing, ground station networks, and end-to-end space system development.

Develops RF payload and TT&C subsystems for space products, including requirements, design trades, analyses, prototyping, testing, documentation, and production automation. Supports proposals, customer requirements, engineering reviews, anomaly troubleshooting, satellite operations, and mission delivery. Requires strong RF communications expertise, satellite systems experience, and knowledge of licensing and ground station networks.

Leads end-to-end development of RF phased-array products, including architecture, antenna modeling, prototyping, integration, testing, flight development, production transition, and customer support. Develops active-antenna test plans, ground-support equipment, automation, requirements, proposals, and technical documentation. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, vendors, and customers while supporting design reviews, troubleshooting, and complex space-system programs.

Develop and maintain spacecraft technical budgets, system requirements, verification methods, simulations, test plans, and data analysis. Lead technical development of spacecraft missions, support program and product management, and create interface specifications, CONOPS, and design documentation. The role involves hands-on flight hardware work and collaboration across civil, commercial, and defense space programs.
