The Senior Program Manager will oversee project execution, manage customer relationships, improve processes, communicate objectives, and contribute to strategic planning at Rocket Lab.

Lead opto-mechanical and precision mechanical design for spaceflight camera and sensor systems from concept through flight delivery. Own design, analysis (FEA, STOP, thermal-elastic), tolerance and alignment approaches, vendor coordination, assembly, environmental test, and qualification. Mentor junior engineers and establish design standards for manufacturable, testable, and stable opto-mechanical hardware.

Lead the development and integration of Infor LN ERP systems, optimizing business processes, mentoring ERP team members, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
