Lead global sourcing strategies and supplier relationships for rocket and satellite programs. Manage negotiations, contracts, supplier performance, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and supply chain resilience from prototyping through production. Lead and execute spacecraft integration and test campaigns: define requirements and V&V plans, develop acceptance/qualification/R&D test plans, operate environmental test systems, maintain GSE, interface with test and flight software, investigate anomalies, and work with hardware-in-the-loop systems to validate spacecraft subsystems.

Own supplier industrialization for mechanical hardware from source selection through production ramp. Lead supplier capability assessments, DFM reviews, APQP, PPAP, FAI, process qualification, and corrective actions. Partner with engineering, procurement, and quality to improve supplier quality, cost, delivery, capacity, and manufacturability across machining, composites, additive manufacturing, welding, and electro-mechanical assembly. Apply lean manufacturing, SPC, Cpk trending, process audits, and structured root-cause methods to ensure suppliers deliver conforming hardware on schedule and at rate.

Design and develop propulsion engine components and systems for Rocket Lab’s Archimedes engine, from concept through production. Responsibilities include creating mechanical design solutions, conducting trade studies and design reviews, applying heat transfer, fluid, structural, FEA, manufacturability, and GD&T principles, and collaborating with analysts, manufacturing engineers, subject matter experts, and fabrication teams to build aerospace hardware.

Provides onsite network engineering and advanced IT support for Rocket Lab’s launch facility. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network infrastructure, deploying routers, switches, and firewalls, maintaining reliable and secure systems, implementing infrastructure standards, automating deployments, documenting environments, and supporting 24/7 launch mission operations through on-call rotations. The role also collaborates with IT, engineering, and business teams on infrastructure upgrades, availability, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement.

Leads corporate accounting operations, including month-end close, audit and SEC readiness, ERP enhancements, automation, reporting improvements, and team development. Partners with Finance, Legal, and Tax while managing accounting across procure-to-pay, fixed assets, equity, leases, and treasury. Ensures US GAAP compliance and supports scalable, efficient accounting workflows.

As a Payload Integration Engineer II, you'll perform hands-on integration activities, coordinate with management during launches, verify interface documentation, and support customer inquiries while traveling to launch sites.

Plans, prepares, and executes rocket engine and propulsion component testing across development, qualification, and production. Owns testing facilities, equipment, instrumentation, operations, data analysis, and reporting. Establishes testing standards, reviews plans and reports, mentors team members, supports risk-based decisions, and provides systems engineering insights. The role requires liquid rocket engine hot-fire testing experience, automation and data acquisition expertise, and occasional travel to off-site test facilities.
