Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Oyster’s Employer of Record product across onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and offboarding. Manage and develop a multi-layered product organization, prioritize complex initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Finance, and Operations. Drive AI-powered automation, scalable workflows, measurable business outcomes, and product quality across a regulated global employment platform.

Lead the consolidated FP&A and Analytics function delivering planning, forecasting, financial modelling, pricing analytics, reporting, and commercial insight. Lead Oyster's data platform and AI strategy, centralize AI initiatives into production systems, build scalable data and MLOps infrastructure, modernize knowledge architecture and semantic search, partner cross-functionally to embed AI into products and workflows, enforce tooling standards and governance, and drive organizational adoption and change management for AI-assisted operations.
