Plan and execute product launch strategies, develop positioning and sales enablement content, translate technical product specs into customer benefits, gather customer feedback, coordinate cross-functional launch activities, and deliver marketing assets to support product initiatives.

Develop and maintain the Apex Server application: implement features, fixes, and unit tests; review requirements and code; collaborate with product, support, and customers; assist other developers; and follow test-first, object-oriented development practices.

Serve as primary technical contact for pre-sales and post-sales activities: assess project requirements, design systems, deliver presentations and training, prepare estimates and documentation, support installations and troubleshooting, and provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
