Serve as the primary technical contact for sales: assess project requirements, design systems, prepare quotes and site configurations, deliver presentations and training, support installations and troubleshooting, create pre-sales documentation, and provide customer feedback to product teams. Heavy travel and CRM use required.

Lead program sponsorships, content syndication, and third-party partnerships to drive brand awareness and MQLs. Manage vendor relationships, sponsorship budgets, and campaign ROI. Support WordPress website management, landing pages, and digital experiences. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Events teams to develop messaging and collateral. Provide hands-on website updates, troubleshooting, and coordination with the Digital Marketing team.

Develop and maintain OpenEye Web Services: implement features, fix complex bugs, write tests, lead small projects, review junior code, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and stakeholders, and participate in Agile processes.

Plan and execute product launch strategies, develop positioning and sales enablement content, translate technical product specs into customer benefits, gather customer feedback, coordinate cross-functional launch activities, and deliver marketing assets to support product initiatives.
