Own the roadmap and end-to-end product strategy for Moloco’s internal AI platform. Define governed access to models, data, and knowledge; enable agents, tools, retrieval, reusable skills, and evaluation; and provide secure hosting, observability, permissions, spend controls, and safety guardrails. Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, and go-to-market teams while serving technical and non-technical builders. Translate ambiguous, cross-functional needs into an adoptable platform that informs both internal workflows and customer-facing products.

Lead Moloco’s global product marketing strategy across its AI advertising portfolio. Own product naming, positioning, messaging, enablement, content, thought leadership, website strategy, launches, and product storytelling. Build the product marketing operating model, integrate marketing into the product lifecycle, partner with product and go-to-market teams, manage segment and geographic marketing, lead a high-performing team, and represent Moloco publicly on AI advertising and industry trends.

As an Applied Scientist II, you will work with cross-functional teams on projects that optimize software systems and improve ML components, while analyzing inefficiencies and proposing solutions.

The Senior Growth Director will own growth strategy for strategic customers, securing revenue targets, leading negotiations, and building executive partnerships to drive growth and enhance Moloco's market position.

Own end-to-end CTR/CVR prediction models in a real-time bidding system (sub-100ms): modeling, feature pipelines, offline and online evaluation, A/B testing, experiment debugging, and post-launch ops. Hunt for new predictive signals, build tooling for experiment debugging and signal discovery, collaborate with data and pipeline teams, and set technical direction for NEXT's ML stack.

Drive high-impact, customer-facing data science for top advertisers: advise on campaign strategy, translate account insights into product signals, build global activation frameworks, define experiments, and scale GDS playbooks across regions to influence product roadmap and advertiser outcomes.

Design and operate an enterprise platform for ad serving, lead technical projects, and engage with customers to deliver engineering solutions.

Lead end-to-end ads quality initiatives, partnering with product, data science, and engineering to improve bidding logic, experimentation, and advertiser performance. Act as technical vertical lead, drive cross-functional execution, run experiments, and scale successful product capabilities.
