Build and operate Ramp's multi-surface API platform with high reliability and developer experience. Design, implement, and roll out complex backend projects using Python, Temporal, and Postgres. Leads Ramp’s full Emerging Talent function, including internship programs, early-career recruiting, campus and community partnerships, events, candidate programming, and intern-to-full-time conversion. Sets strategy, builds operating systems, identifies technical talent, partners with engineering and business leaders on workforce planning, and manages a high-performing recruiting team.

Engage with customers through calls, email, and chat; diagnose issues across payments, cards, travel, bank linking, and accounting integrations; manage escalations across internal teams; use and improve AI-powered CX tools; communicate clearly with customers; and build process improvements, automations, SOPs, and knowledge-base updates.

Own full-cycle recruiting for emerging talent, including early-career roles and internships. Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, and other teams; source candidates through universities, networks, referrals, and events; lead offers and closing; support internship programs and conversions; monitor recruiting data; improve candidate experience; and develop scalable recruiting practices.

Build and grow Ramp’s accounting partner channel by sourcing and signing new accounting firms, creating go-to-market plans, generating client referrals, managing partner relationships, conducting business reviews, enabling partner teams, and collaborating cross-functionally on marketing, onboarding, product feedback, and sales workflows.

Lead technical partner integrations by architecting end-to-end solutions using Ramp's APIs and embedded finance primitives. Close co-build/co-sell deals, define adoption and revenue metrics, manage partner engineering relationships, remove integration blockers, and influence partner roadmaps. Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, legal, and GTM teams to deliver scalable, revenue-driving integrations.

Serve as the technical lead for Enterprise & Public Sector sales: deliver customized demos, design bespoke integrations, lead technical discovery and RFPs, collaborate with Sales/Product/Engineering to implement API/SFTP solutions, and advise on accounting and controllership workflows to drive product activation and customer value.
