Own full-cycle recruiting for Ramp’s UK GTM expansion across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, and Customer Success. Build market intelligence, identify and engage exceptional candidates, influence senior hiring leaders, manage candidate experience through offer close, and develop recruiting systems and networks supporting future international growth.

Own operations for Ramp products, using customer feedback and product analytics to identify improvements, develop scalable processes, support launches, manage incidents, and oversee partner and vendor relationships. Collaborate with product, engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to drive cross-functional initiatives and inform product roadmaps. The role requires at least two days per week in person at Ramp’s New York City headquarters.

Own quota-carrying technical sales for Ramp’s AI applications, agents, and infrastructure. Lead discovery, demonstrations, workshops, proofs of concept, ROI and total cost of ownership analyses, technical validation, objection handling, and deal strategy through close. Partner with account executives and internal teams while engaging engineering, IT, security, finance, and executive stakeholders. Help establish repeatable messaging, sales plays, qualification criteria, and go-to-market processes for Ramp’s emerging AI business.

Design and execute high-touch ABM campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts: research buying committees, run multi-channel plays (direct mail, gifting, executive engagement, events, tailored content), embed in sales processes, measure pipeline metrics (stage progression, meetings, velocity, closed-won), and productize bespoke tactics for scale.

Own Ramp’s financial-crimes compliance controls-effectiveness framework across manual procedures, detection rules, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. Establish testing, documentation, evidence retention, monitoring, issue remediation, and governance standards. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to embed BSA/AML and sanctions requirements into technology initiatives. Evaluate emerging risks, control gaps, AI outputs, and remediation efforts while supporting audits, regulators, bank partners, and heightened compliance reviews.

Administer and improve go-to-market business systems supporting Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Product teams. Build Salesforce automation, validations, and applications; implement systems and integrations; translate business requirements into specifications; manage end-to-end implementations; create performance and data-accuracy reports and dashboards; and maintain systems documentation. The role requires strong Salesforce and marketing automation expertise, structured problem-solving, communication, and autonomous execution.

Leads Ramp’s Strategic Technical Consulting team and owns post-sales technical implementation for major enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include coaching senior consultants, overseeing solution design and delivery, managing escalations, co-owning activation milestones, defining the strategic delivery model, forecasting capacity, tracking KPIs, and partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations. The role also translates customer needs into product improvements and serves as the senior technical leader for complex ERP, API, and financial-system implementations.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for new Fortune 1000 customers, from prospecting through close and activation. Generate pipeline, lead complex multi-stakeholder deals, engage C-suite executives, communicate ROI, forecast accurately, achieve quota, and partner with Solutions, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and channel teams. The role requires enterprise SaaS or fintech sales expertise, technical and financial fluency, structured sales-process experience, and strategic account development.

Provide practical legal support for sales, partnerships, procurement, and vendor relationships. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (customer, SaaS, data processing, vendor, partnership). Identify legal risks, create playbooks and templates, streamline contract workflows using AI and automation, and train stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally to enable fast, scalable deal execution while managing legal risk.

Design and deliver high-performing creative across paid and owned channels. Rapidly concept and execute digital ads, landing pages, and multi-channel campaigns. Partner with growth marketing, writers, animators, and brand systems to maintain visual fidelity while optimizing for performance. Test, iterate, and share performance insights to evolve creative strategy and unlock new channels.
