Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ramp's international payments products. Build cross-border payments, FX, partner integrations, and compliance/risk infrastructure. Launch new markets, collaborate with engineering, design, legal, and compliance, and apply AI/LLM prototyping to accelerate product development and scale global money movement capabilities.

Manage a book of ~60-70 Enterprise customers (500+ employees) to ensure retention, expansion, renewals, and adoption. Drive customer outcomes, run QBRs and touchpoints, coordinate cross-functional teams, surface product feedback, and use data to communicate value. Travel occasionally for on-sites and events.

Serve as the technical subject-matter expert for enterprise customers running Microsoft Dynamics F&O. Lead integration design, configuration, and troubleshooting for complex multi-entity ERP environments, partner with Customer Activation and Account Management, influence product roadmap, contribute internal documentation and scale Ramp's F&O integration capabilities.

Serve as the primary technical consultant for enterprise customers running Oracle Fusion Cloud. Guide Oracle Cloud integrations, configuration, and architecture; collaborate with Customer Activation, Account Management, Product, and Engineering; troubleshoot integration blockers; define success criteria; and influence product roadmap while scaling Oracle Cloud accounting integrations across multi-entity, global environments.

Build full-stack data science solutions for finance: develop, test, and ship models; partner with data engineering and finance teams to create actionable financial insights; drive experimentation and analytics best practices; produce dashboards and reports to influence business decisions.

Provide daily in-person IT support at Ramp’s San Francisco office while administering core SaaS applications (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF). Handle provisioning/deprovisioning, access management, AV and endpoint support, SaaS portfolio and renewals, build automations/integrations, run audits, and own small-to-large projects to improve IT operations.

Own activation, growth, and retention of partner-referred customers. Build and maintain partner relationships (Accounting, PE, VC), deliver partner onboarding and enablement, drive scalable customer onboarding, collaborate with Product and Engineering on feedback and solutions, and meet/exceed performance targets.

The Senior Scaled Customer Activation Manager will onboard and activate a large portfolio of customers, drive adoption of Ramp's platform, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
