Lead enterprise network architecture strategy, define target-state and roadmaps for routing, switching, data center, cloud-native and AI/ML integrations. Establish standards, governance, and design patterns; run discovery workshops and produce HLD/LLD. Oversee multi-architecture solutions, licensing, and managed services. Manage Red Hat systems, virtualization, storage, networking, backups, patching, automation, vulnerability remediation, and compliance. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, support mission readiness, document procedures, coordinate with Government and engineering teams, and provide technical leadership, mentoring, and on-call support.

Configure and maintain Tricentis Tosca and qTest environments; develop and execute test plans and automation strategies for SAP S/4HANA migration, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing; build reusable Tosca assets; manage test lifecycle, traceability, and reporting; collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive QA process improvements.

Perform continuous systems and network threat assessments, analyze threat intelligence, develop and implement security controls and mitigation strategies, participate in incident response, deliver security training, and maintain Risk Management Framework documentation to protect AFRL/DoD systems and networks.

Develop and apply technical security risk guidance and countermeasures policies for Department of State operations. Research technology impacts on security practices, support interagency working groups, advise senior security managers, and manage data throughout its lifecycle to support risk analysis and policy development. Coordinate responses to Foreign Service posts and update standards and procedures.

Perform QA and BA-adjacent work for public health information systems: write and execute test cases, coordinate developer testing, track defects, maintain test documentation and traceability, support requirements and Agile ceremonies, assist a testing process audit, and help pilot test automation and reporting.

Manage high-volume recruiting for remote Customer Service Representative roles: screen applicants, schedule interviews, move candidates through the hiring funnel, maintain ATS pipeline, coordinate offers and handoffs, and partner with hiring leaders to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Manage enterprise IT projects for IRS Criminal Investigation: plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives from initiation through closure. Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk, resources, stakeholders, and change control. Track/report milestones, drive issue resolution, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure, endpoint, and software deployment projects on time, secure, and compliant.
