Analyze business processes, elicit and document requirements, produce functional/technical specifications, support design and testing (UAT), assist implementation and data migration, provide post-implementation support, perform gap and feasibility analyses, and create reports, documentation, and stakeholder communications to align IT solutions with business objectives.
