Lead and coach field insurance sales agents across multiple branches to meet sales targets. Leads development practices, security, performance, CI/CD deployments, documentation, testing, and application lifecycle management. Provides mentoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and rotating nights-and-weekends on-call support.

Supports governance, risk, and compliance programs, including standards tracking, control-gap remediation, audits, vulnerability and patch management, third-party risk assessments, threat analysis, and security recommendations. Partners with IT and business teams to implement controls, maintain security baselines, conduct testing, and provide management dashboards. Leads selected security initiatives and participates in on-call support.

Design, build, and optimize large-scale data pipelines, ETL processes, data models, and data warehousing solutions. Manage and tune databases (SQL and NoSQL), lead big data and cloud implementations (Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, Airflow), apply DevOps and containerization for data workflows, and mentor junior engineers to deliver scalable data processing and actionable insights.
