Leads full-cycle recruiting across Bay West, partnering with hiring managers to define needs, create sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure hiring compliance. The role also oversees job postings, uses ADP Workforce Now and other recruiting platforms, provides a high-touch candidate experience, and participates in recruitment events. It follows a hybrid schedule with approximately three days weekly in the St. Paul office.

Manage full-cycle weekly and biweekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple states. Responsibilities include resolving payroll inquiries, ensuring prevailing wage compliance, preparing certified payroll and tax reports, coordinating employee status changes, conducting audits and reconciliations, supporting training, and improving payroll processes. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, Accounting, Team Leaders, and Project Managers while maintaining confidentiality and payroll accuracy.
