Manages bankruptcy litigation, repossession recoveries, delinquent loan inquiries, proof-of-claim filings, payment plans, legal referrals, and compliance activities. Ensures adherence to bankruptcy statutes, FDCPA, SCRA, TCPA, FCRA, BSA, and related regulations.

Investigates debit, credit, ATM, and Zelle fraud and dispute claims; gathers evidence, processes chargebacks, performs account adjustments, and supports transaction recovery. Communicates with members, merchants, payment networks, processors, and authorities while following Visa, Mastercard, regulatory, AML, and credit union requirements. Documents investigations, identifies fraud trends, initiates preventative actions, reconciles account discrepancies, and maintains timely, accurate case processing in a high-volume environment.

Develop and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET, C#, React, JavaScript, ASP.NET, SQL, and related technologies. Design user interfaces, APIs, integrations, and database solutions; troubleshoot and test applications; manage source control and site maintenance; ensure security and compliance; and collaborate with technical teams and vendors. The role also provides guidance to less experienced developers and requires Sitecore experience.

Provides technical leadership and hands-on development for Informatica ETL and enterprise data warehouse implementations. Designs, develops, tests, supports, and optimizes workflows, mappings, data integration processes, and dimensional models. Maintains platform health, resolves technical issues, leads releases, establishes development standards, supports data quality and governance, and collaborates with QA and business teams. Requires strong SQL, cloud, Kimball modeling, data management, and Informatica expertise, plus occasional on-call duty and travel.

Oversee the software development lifecycle for enterprise applications by gathering requirements, creating technical documentation, developing user stories, supporting Agile ceremonies, and partnering with product owners and stakeholders. Provide Tier 2 application support, troubleshoot incidents, coordinate software upgrades, manage workflows and access, collaborate with vendors, and participate in on-call support. Mentor junior business systems analysts and improve department processes.

Leads enterprise consumer credit risk analytics and portfolio oversight, evaluating lending products, underwriting, policies, concentrations, risk exposure, and performance. Directs credit risk procedures, monitors AI-based loan decisioning models, supports regulatory compliance, and guides lending strategies involving pricing, origination, marketing, and collections. Manages and mentors analytics and risk staff while partnering with business leaders to strengthen controls, support growth, and protect assets.

Leads strategic planning and execution for complex enterprise platforms and products. Owns multiple product backlogs, translates business needs into technical requirements, aligns senior stakeholders, advocates for customers, and drives measurable outcomes. Mentors Technical Product Owners, leads cross-functional collaboration, supports user experience and journey discussions, tracks major product releases, and ensures solutions account for credit union regulatory and compliance requirements.
