Supervises daily logistics operations, including freight, dispatch, customer service, loading, unloading, cross-docking, receiving, and storage organization. Assigns work, monitors productivity and safety, verifies documentation and deliveries, maintains customer accounts, and ensures compliance with company procedures. The role operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment, may involve varied shifts, requires occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and includes minimal travel.

Provide HR support across employee lifecycle: recruit, onboard, manage performance, handle employee relations, ensure compliance with multi-state labor laws, develop HR policies and training, track metrics, and manage corrective action and exits.

Serve as front-line Tier 1 NCOS Specialist handling inbound calls, emails, and system alerts; monitor live deliveries; communicate with drivers, business centers and customers; document events and escalate complex issues to Team Leaders.
