Lead HR department operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll processing, benefits and compensation analysis, employee relations, compliance with multi-state employment laws, training and development, disciplinary actions, and HR policy administration. Partners with leadership on talent strategy and maintains HR best practices.

Lead multi-entity financial accounting, month-end/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Provide analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-support insights. Improve processes, enforce controls, mentor junior staff, and grow into a managerial/director-level accounting leader.
