Lead technical transformation initiatives for deposit accounts and operations, identify process improvements, manage the Technology Transformation team, partner with business and IT to translate requirements, and oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to improve member experience and operational efficiency.

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management for assigned spend categories. Manage RFPs, contract negotiation and review, SLAs, risk mitigation, and supplier performance. Drive cost savings, cycle-time improvements, and compliance. Supervise and train team members, partner with Business Owners, TPRM and Legal, and implement procurement systems and continuous process improvements.

Lead L&D data collection and analysis to identify trends, build dashboards and visualizations, automate and validate reporting using predictive techniques, design and analyze surveys, and continually optimize analytics processes to inform training strategy and measure program impact.

Prepare GAAP-based monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, perform variance and transactional analysis, prepare month-end journal entries, support NCUA Form 5300 call report and external audits, compile standardized performance reports, and collaborate with departments to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Perform post-closing audit reviews of real estate loan files to verify regulatory and SECU policy compliance (TILA, RESPA, TRID), reconcile closing fees and escrow disbursements, track and resolve outstanding documentation, communicate with internal teams and closing agents, and manage loan boarding and final documentation storage.
