Sell Servion mortgage, realty, and title products to credit unions and community banks. Prospect and develop new accounts, manage client relationships, resolve inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, support marketing efforts, track sales pipeline and expenses, and monitor market and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.

Provide administrative support for foreclosure and post-sale (liquidation) servicing operations: process invoices, manage referrals and legal documentation, coordinate with attorneys/vendors, obtain payoff/reinstatement quotes, maintain investor/insurer compliance, document account activity, and respond to escalations within 24 hours.

Prepare, assemble, and review mortgage loan closing documents (FHA/VA/Conventional/USDA), ensure TRID and investor compliance, coordinate with title companies and accounting, manage a loan pipeline in Encompass, analyze compliance reports (Mavent), and communicate with lenders and MLOs to complete accurate closings on schedule.
