Drive FP&A activities including complex financial modeling, revenue and pipeline valuation, budgeting and forecasting, variance and scenario analysis, CAPEX evaluation, and cross-functional financial business partnering to support strategic decisions and reporting to senior leadership.

The Business Development Director will develop and close new business, manage client relationships, and coordinate strategic meetings in the preclinical sector.

Execute specimen logistics by collaborating with project managers and clinical sites to prioritize and ship samples, manage freezer farm and inventory, prepare and label shipments, follow SOPs and safety procedures, and support packing, receiving, and storage at specified temperatures.
