Perform proactive inside telephone and email sales: process quotes and orders, maintain customer relationships, prospect new accounts, support outside sales, use digital tools/ERP/CRM, resolve customer issues, follow up on proposals, attend product training, and report market intelligence.

Handle inbound/outbound telephone and email sales for electrical products: process quotes/orders, manage customer relationships, prospect within territory, support outside sales, resolve issues, and maintain product knowledge to drive profitable growth.

Manage end-to-end EPC construction projects: procure materials, place orders, track shipments, coordinate vendors/customers/sales, monitor schedules, quality, safety, KPIs, and project documentation while driving profitability and on-time delivery.
