Lead and develop an inside sales team for a Major Market, overseeing the full quotation and order cycle from RFP acknowledgment through follow-up. Drive margin management, quoting accuracy, vendor coordination, CRM/ERP usage, performance metrics, and collaboration with purchasing, project management, and outside sales to ensure profitable, on-time project delivery and continuous process improvement.

Drive branch-proximity customer growth through proactive outreach (phone, email, virtual, in-person). Identify products, services, and digital solutions, define sales strategies, support branch sales, and use internal digital tools to track activities and expand SKUs and digital presence.

Handle inbound/outbound telephone and email sales, process quotes and orders, maintain customer relationships, prospect for new accounts, support outside sales, use digital tools/ERP/CRM, resolve customer issues, and participate in product training to grow profitable sales.

Manage the industrial solutions and services P&L, lead project delivery and operations, develop SOWs, forecast financials, grow business with partners and sales, build and mentor a specialist team, ensure resource utilization, and drive customer success and operational excellence for automation services.

Manage and execute onsite Vendor Managed Inventory agreements: monitor and replenish inventory, place orders, conduct on-site assessments, train new hires, resolve customer issues, identify upsell opportunities, use CRM and business systems to support quotes and orders, and collaborate with sales to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Provide inside telephone and email sales support, process quotes and orders, manage and grow assigned customer base, prospect for new accounts, use company digital tools, resolve customer issues, and participate in product training.

Lead efforts to sell industrial information software and process solutions across a multi-state territory. Work with sales teams and integrator partners to identify, propose, and execute MES, IoT, and process automation projects; perform customer audits, present to executives, coordinate project delivery, and support ongoing service contracts.
