Inside Sales Representative responsible for telephone and email sales to grow profitable revenue. Manage and prospect customer accounts, process quotes and orders, support outside sales, resolve customer issues, and maintain product knowledge through training and vendor resources.

Execute sourcing and replenishment strategies for assigned branches and vendors, monitor inventory levels and fill rates, review branch assortments, expedite POs, manage vendor cost/quantity/defect issues, support forecasting and system data accuracy, assist with special buys and supplier negotiations, and provide daily oversight to meet availability and inventory turn targets.

Sell and promote electrical and related products to new and existing customers; build relationships, generate sales, provide product selection support, prepare quotes, use digital tools and CRM/ERP, and participate in training and vendor demonstrations.

Lead and develop an outside sales team to achieve sales, customer development, product mix, and profitability goals for an assigned market. Create and execute sales strategies, hire and train salespeople, manage key accounts and supplier engagement, negotiate and close deals, track promotional performance, use digital tools and reporting to measure performance, and ensure cross-departmental execution and customer satisfaction.

Support outside sales by developing deep product knowledge, demonstrating datacom products, pursuing sales opportunities, delivering presentations, building customer and supplier relationships, providing technical support and training, and assisting branches with product strategy and execution.

Manage and execute vendor managed inventory (VMI) agreements onsite: monitor inventory levels, replenish stock, conduct customer assessments, support billing/issue resolution, train staff, identify upsell opportunities, and use CRM/business systems to create proposals and improve customer satisfaction.

Sell and promote electrical products to new and existing customers, build and maintain relationships, generate sales volume, provide product selection and application support, coordinate quotes and vendor demonstrations, use digital tools/CRM and ERP, and maintain accurate records while supporting credit/payment resolution.

Lead regional product category strategy to grow market share and profitability. Manage supplier partnerships, pricing, rebate and inventory strategies, support sales on large project opportunities, and provide technical and commercial guidance to field teams while collaborating with procurement, product management, operations, and regional leadership.

Support outside sales by promoting and demonstrating electrical products, identifying customer needs, delivering presentations and proposals, maintaining supplier and customer relationships, providing technical support and training, and contributing to regional sales plans and execution.

Drive profitable sales of electrical products in the Midland/Odessa territory by prospecting and growing accounts, demonstrating products, preparing quotes, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams, resolving customer/payment issues, using CRM and digital tools, maintaining records, and participating in training.
