Manage complex customer projects end-to-end: place orders, track shipments, resolve OS&Ds, coordinate with sales/vendors, expedite backorders, provide quotations/requotes, ensure documentation and customer satisfaction, and mentor junior staff.

Manage complex onsite EPC construction projects including procurement, order placement, shipment tracking, vendor and customer coordination, KPI and dashboard creation, schedule and safety oversight, inventory optimization, claims resolution, documentation delivery, and mentoring junior project managers.

Manage and grow customer accounts via phone and email, process quotes and orders, support outside sales, prospect for new accounts, maintain product knowledge, resolve customer issues, and report market/competitor information. Participate in product training and pursue additional sales opportunities within assigned territory.

Manage medium- and high-voltage circuit breaker product lines: define strategy, support sales and customers, negotiate with suppliers, ensure profitability, forecast sales, develop training, hire and manage direct reports, and address technical application and manufacturability issues.

Support outside sales by providing switchgear product expertise, demos, technical support, and training. Build customer and supplier relationships, pursue sales opportunities, prepare proposals, and contribute to product strategy and market analysis.

Serve as the technical and commercial expert for software and control systems (Rockwell/Allen Bradley). Support sales with solution design, demos, BOMs, quotations, troubleshooting, training, vendor relations, and drive product strategy, pre-sales and post-sales implementation support while mentoring peers.
