Leads technical training, workforce readiness, technician development, onboarding, certification, and enablement programs. Designs curricula, SOPs, manuals, and technical documentation; manages training delivery and certification tracking; evaluates performance using KPIs; coaches trainers; and partners with Field Operations, Engineering, Product, Support, Logistics, and Leadership to improve deployment readiness, operational consistency, safety, and customer outcomes.

Leads Databricks lakehouse delivery across bronze, silver, and gold layers. Designs SAP and manufacturing data models, conformed dimensions, fact tables, governed datasets, and reusable outputs for reporting, forecasting, and AI/BI. Owns data quality, reconciliation, documentation, performance optimization, testing, and engineering delivery standards. Partners with architecture, BI, master data, product, application, and integration teams to onboard sources and deliver trusted data products.

Develops and maintains quality systems for manufacturing and business processes. Manages warranty investigations, corrective actions, QMS implementation, ERP integration, new product quality activities, production testing, MRB processes, audits, and supplier quality management. Leads process capability, SPC, FMEA, inspection, and quality improvement initiatives while coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, production, suppliers, and customers.

Designs, develops, validates, and tests mechanical components, equipment, machinery, and products. The role plans and reviews assigned designs, maintains engineering files, supports Sales, Service, and Production as a mechanical resource, and contributes to fabrication, installation, operation, and repair activities. Requires a mechanical engineering degree, 3–5 years of experience, FEM analysis skills, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, and ERP experience.

Serves as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, handling employee relations, policy interpretation, HRIS transactions, leave and accommodation support, compliance, investigations, performance reviews, recruiting, onboarding, training, records, and reporting. Partners with HR leadership and specialist teams on benefits, compensation, workers’ compensation, staffing, employee engagement, and process improvement. This is an on-site role with quarterly travel required.
