Serve as liaison between senior leaders, employees, and community stakeholders to advance corporate reputation and social impact.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for Midstream & Marketing. Perform variance, inventory valuation, and commodity margin analyses. Support month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, audits, and cross-departmental financial data analysis. Develop and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Assist with special projects and communicate key financial drivers to management.

The AI Optimization Engineer will apply advanced optimization and AI techniques to decision systems, collaborate with experts, and present findings clearly.

Lead centralized leave administration, determine eligibility under federal/state laws and company policy, manage STD/FMLA/paid leave/workers' comp coordination, supervise and train leave team, ensure timely paperwork delivery, maintain confidential records, and develop training and communications.

The Tax Advisor will analyze tax impacts, prepare tax provisions, assist in tax research, and address inquiries related to tax accounting while identifying process improvements.
