Contribute to enterprise AI initiatives by developing, validating, and operationalizing ML and generative/agentic AI solutions. Work across the model lifecycle (data exploration, feature engineering, training, deployment, monitoring) using AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks; implement LLM/RAG approaches, APIs, lightweight UI prototypes, and adhere to responsible AI, governance, and MLOps practices.

Ensure MAR/SOX compliance, support audits, produce financial insights with business partners, evaluate technical accounting positions, prepare statutory statements, and drive process transformation through automation and AI to improve efficiency and data quality.

Support development and execution of go-to-market strategies for BOLI/COLI products through market assessments, competitive analysis, forecasting, and pipeline analytics. Produce data-driven insights, sales forecasts, and market intelligence; collaborate cross-functionally to support product innovation, pricing monitoring, and third-party market research to drive growth.

Manage and support enterprise DNS, DHCP, IPAM and load balancing infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and data centers. Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 incidents, perform upgrades and security hardening, implement automation, follow ITIL change processes, and collaborate with Network, Cloud, Application, and Security teams to ensure high availability, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.

Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning solutions; facilitate trainings; perform needs analysis; apply AI and emerging technologies; maintain knowledge content; partner with stakeholders to measure and improve learning outcomes.

Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and coach insurance sales agents; develop individualized production plans; monitor agent performance and retention; support underwriting and suitability processes; deliver client servicing and claims assistance; conduct field demonstrations and training classes; collaborate with office management on strategic goals.

Design, implement, and operate secure, automated cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Build IaC with Terraform, manage AWS services and EKS, containerize apps with Docker/Kubernetes, and integrate observability tools. Automate operations with scripting and embed DevSecOps practices to improve reliability and accelerate deployments.

Support Field Experience initiatives by gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, translating needs into user stories, and assisting backlog refinement. Facilitate Agile/SAFe ceremonies, track sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and coordinate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to drive delivery across cloud, APIs, and enterprise applications.

Manage and evolve the enterprise CMS, drive content strategy, collaborate with product managers, and ensure alignment of design-to-development capabilities.
