The Security Officer ensures security policies are adhered to, provides protection, writes reports, and coordinates security functions under supervision.

Lead enterprise-wide crisis and incident management program: build and maintain plans, direct real-time responses, run simulations, coordinate cross-functional response teams, manage vendors and ROC, engage senior executives, oversee post-incident reviews, and support regulatory and board reporting.

Manage complex calendars, coordinate board meeting logistics, prepare and distribute documents, track action items and deadlines, arrange travel and expenses, maintain files, support department operations, and improve administrative workflows while handling confidential information.

Support the North Dallas General Office by driving new-agent retention and production, implementing NYLIC training curricula and systems, coaching agents and partners, leading prospecting and sales initiatives, conducting field observations and development planning, and ensuring adoption of NYL systems to improve agent performance.

Review and determine suitability for annuity, life insurance, and mutual fund transactions as a Registered Principal. Investigate escalated cases, guide agents, monitor trends and compliance risks, and lead process improvements to enhance controls, reporting, training, and operational effectiveness.

Manage an assigned caseload of short-term disability claims: investigate eligibility, gather medical information, adjudicate payments, communicate with claimants/employers/medical professionals, support integration initiatives, ensure timely and accurate claim payments, and meet customer service and compliance standards.

Support Medical Underwriting by responding to applicants, TPAs, and underwriters; monitor case progress, prepare reports, and provide status updates. Improve workflows, participate in system testing, perform data entry/indexing, and mentor junior staff while managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.

The Investment Solutions Consultant drives investment sales by supporting agents, developing product knowledge, and delivering tailored presentations while ensuring strong client relationships.
