Lead technical authority for Power BI reporting: design and govern semantic layer and data models, enforce BI standards and deployment practices, build complex executive dashboards with advanced DAX and Power Query, manage intake and mentor analysts, and partner with IT/Engineering on data sourcing and performance.

Create test plans and high-quality test cases, validate backend data and file integrations, capture evidence and defects, and validate document outputs and compliance workflows. Support regression, feature, and workflow testing across distributed systems, assist with UAT, coordinate with automation engineers, provide frontline support for hot fixes/patches, and demo fixes/features to stakeholders.
