Own and improve end-to-end People Operations including onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, HRIS administration, employee experience, recruiting operations, and immigration coordination. Process full-cycle accounts payable: receive, code, reconcile, and pay vendor invoices; run weekly check/EFT/ACH/wire payments; reconcile vendor statements; maintain AP records and master files; support month/quarter/year-end close, 1099 preparation, and AP-to-GL reconciliation; communicate with vendors and internal teams and improve AP processes.

Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy to drive member engagement, retention, and revenue. Build roadmaps, optimize lifecycle journeys and triggered campaigns, scale owned channels (email, SMS, app), partner with Data & Technology for segmentation and measurement, and manage a high-performing CRM team while advising senior leadership.

Own full sales cycle for emerging and mid-tier healthcare accounts: win pilots, convert to platform adoption, drive expansion, renewals, and retention. Build relationships with Director/VP sponsors and operational users, co-sell on strategic accounts, maintain CRM discipline, and help create the commercial playbook.

Perform conflicts searches and contextual analysis, manage new matter intake and change requests in Intapp, ensure adherence to firm policy, communicate with attorneys and staff, assist with lateral checks and technology projects, and process intake timely and accurately.

Provide teller functions and build member relationships by presenting Credit Union products and services, identifying cross-sell opportunities, resolving member issues, referring specialized needs, and supporting branch operations while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
