Support day-to-day accounting operations for a clinical-stage biotech including monthly close, journal entries, account reconciliations, accounts payable, accruals for clinical programs, audit support, vendor management, and process improvement in a hybrid, fast-paced finance team.

Reconcile vendor statements, verify invoices and account transactions, prepare and schedule vendor and employee payments, resolve PO/contract/invoice discrepancies, maintain accounting ledgers, and ensure accurate posting and credit memos.

Lead and support daily distribution center operations, optimize labor and KPIs, coach supervisors and associates, drive continuous improvement and safety, and act as DCM in their absence to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment.

Develop, test, and deploy microservices for a cloud-native SaaS platform. Write clean Go/Java code, participate in code reviews, improve reliability and observability with Kubernetes, Prometheus and TimeScale, and contribute to automation, open-source, and small projects.

Serve as Buildofarm's public voice across media, events, and digital channels. Develop and deliver consistent, on-brand messaging, collaborate with marketing/PR and leadership, support product launches and crisis communications, produce video and social content, and build trust and thought leadership aligned with company mission.

Manage and improve manufacturing processes: lead continuous improvement (CIP) projects, control/process documentation, monitor critical quality parameters (SPC/control charts), support trials and root-cause analysis, and lead cost-saving projects using DMAIC.

Provide general office and administrative support including maintaining paper and electronic filing systems, preparing internal and external corporate documents, supporting operations tasks, and upholding professionalism and confidentiality among staff and clients.

Design and harden mission-critical telecom infrastructure: SIP/VoIP signaling, RTP media flows, distributed backend and event-driven systems. Own architecture, reliability, operability, and performance across protocol, media, and API layers while using AI-augmented engineering workflows to accelerate development.

Provide white-glove L2/L3 technology support for executives: device lifecycle management, email/calendar and M365 support, AV and meetings setup, secure remote access, incident triage, security practices, executive coaching, and operational runbooks for executive services.
