Work hybrid in Colombo and own end-to-end product reliability and integration safety.

Own the verification API suite and provider integration layer. Build resilient primary and fallback adapters, normalize external responses, protect PII, and deliver contract-tested endpoints with OpenAPI documentation, fixtures, pricing, and error copy. Implement retries, timeouts, circuit breakers, failover, canary testing, and charge-correctness logic. Build reconciliation jobs matching provider calls to invoices, while maintaining reliable weekly releases and low endpoint error rates.

Conduct high-quality research in business analytics, supply chain, or related fields; publish scholarly work; teach and design undergraduate business analytics and supply chain courses; and provide service to the university, business school, department, profession, and community. The role carries a five-section annual teaching load and requires contributions to an inclusive, student-centered academic environment.
