Own and continuously improve the MMS HO and Article Master Data solution supporting ordering, replenishment, and stock management. Translate business needs into functional designs, prioritize requirements, configure solutions, and collaborate with engineering on implementation, integration, testing, and issue resolution. Manage stakeholders, governance, documentation, training, continuous improvement, and roadmap contributions while ensuring scalability, reliability, compliance, and operational excellence.

Provides administrative support for tax and accounting staff, processes and assembles 1099 filings and tax returns, submits e-files, distributes client deliverables, manages sensitive records and filing systems, maintains office supplies, communicates with clients, and backs up reception. The role is full-time and in-office, with approximately 50–55 hours per week required during peak tax season.

Requires strong organization, independence, resourcefulness, a valid driver’s license and vehicle access, and residence in Montreal. The role is hybrid with one office day per week.

Lead and implement cross-functional operational projects, design and document scalable SOPs and workflows, build ClickUp automations, develop dashboards and reporting, manage knowledge and onboarding documentation, partner with department leaders, and support vendor onboarding and high-priority strategic initiatives.

Manages SME corporate business across an assigned territory by developing leads, visiting clients, presenting business opportunities, acquiring and recovering accounts, and promoting new offers. Builds relationships with key contacts and decision-makers, coordinates after-sales support with the CSM team, tracks sales activity, and ensures required account documentation is submitted. Requires corporate market knowledge, telecom product understanding, a BA or BBA, and willingness to relocate within Bangladesh.

Maintains accurate records, tracks approvals and timelines, supports NDA and contract negotiations, and follows up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient program execution.

Delivers production-ready software features end to end using GenAI tools such as Claude Code to accelerate development, debugging, research, and workflow optimization. Collaborates with product managers, designers, frontend, backend, and data engineers; documents technical decisions; learns new technologies quickly; and contributes reliably within a hybrid pod environment.

Drive new business, build and grow a personal book of logistics accounts, manage customer relationships, solve freight and logistics problems, and independently deliver sales results.
