Lead architecture and technical direction for an AI-first SaaS product (Growth Studio). Define scalable services, APIs, data flows, and AI-enabled workflows; guide integrations, run architecture/code reviews and POCs; mentor engineers; produce technical documentation; and partner with product, UX, QA, and ops to deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable platform capabilities for GovCon customers.

Coordinate with shipping partners on delivery and customs, monitor customer accounts and payment follow-ups, troubleshoot issues, improve documentation and processes, become a product expert, and share customer feedback across teams.

Lead full sales cycle for Microsoft Azure enterprise accounts, generating pipeline via inbound/outbound and partner channels, collaborating with Microsoft and internal teams, forecasting in CRM, driving customer events, and advocating customer needs to shape product and GTM strategy in the FinOps space.
